LarryRM – AI Revenue Manager
LarryRM is a revenue manager for independent accommodation providers and small hotel groups to help them increase direct bookings, improve loyalty and attribute marketing spend to bookings.
Customer research & need-finding
This is a project that we are building for one of our own businesses. We had a gap in our understanding of our sales data for our small hotel and also needed a better way to track our customer interactions.
The core problem we’re trying to solve is to increase revenue for our property.
Design
The initial starting block for the project was an MCP design of all of the UI. The initial design was focussed on providing a clear view of sales and the components impacting sales.
Prototyping & build
We have been rapidly building the product using JavaScript and react as a mobile reactive web app.
